POSITION SUMMARY: Event Sales & Membership Manager will manage the Event Coordinator while overseeing event planning and preparations intended for marketing and sales purposes. Sales and event managers handle the contracts with suppliers and third-party vendors for equipment and materials to be used during the event. Will be priority the liaison between T-Squared Social and our members. Increasing the number of members and guarantee their satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • T-Squared Social Member liaison
  • Organize event sales (groups of 10 or      more)
  • In store and social media marketing 
  • Answering      inquiries, providing information, creating regular communication      activities, and managing membership records

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Event Sales Manager must have excellent presentation, as well as phone skills, and an outgoing personality. 

Candidate should be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
Individuals must flourish in high energy, fast-paced environment.

Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working in sales and event management.

Several years of experience working with membership programs

Data entry skills  

Demonstrate, educate and administer Company best practices, policies and procedures

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Must be      at least 21 years of age
  • 2+ years experience as an Event Sales Manager      in a high-volume restaurant environment 

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of hours a week.

Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours per day.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop and carry

Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.

Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and guest traffic.

Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
