Event Sales Associate

Pay:

  • $24/hour for all time worked (travel and sales floor)
  • Commission opportunities available

Schedule:

  • Saturdays and Sundays required
  • Travel up to 6 hours (one way) per weekend
  • Some events may require Friday travel depending on distance
  • Typical weekly hours: 20–29 hours total (travel + sales)
  • All travel time is paid

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Event Sales Associates to represent our firearm accessories company at trade shows. This role is hands-on and fast-paced: you’ll be driving to events, setting up displays, engaging with customers, closing sales, and breaking down at the end of the weekend.

Associates are expected to consistently meet established weekly sales goals. Continued employment depends on hitting performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide your own reliable vehicle and drive to assigned events (paid at $24/hr).
  • Load, unload, set up, and tear down merchandise and displays.
  • Engage with customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and close sales.
  • Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a professional, customer-focused presence at all times.

Requirements

  • Available every Saturday and Sunday; Friday travel may be required for longer trips.
  • Must provide your own reliable vehicle and have valid driver’s license/insurance.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, stand for 8+ hours, and drive up to 6 hours each way.
