Position Objective:
Promote and sell the companyโ€™s corporate event production services, as well as exhibition and sponsorship opportunities, to current and prospective clients. The Event Sales Executive identifies business opportunities, delivers presentations, negotiates proposals, and maintains strong relationships with key accounts, working closely with the production team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to event execution.

Essential Duties:

  • Identify sales and revenue-generating opportunities through new and existing clients.

  • Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals for corporate event services and sponsorship/exhibition opportunities in proprietary events.

  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into production opportunities.

  • Continuously follow up on quotes, negotiations, and contract closures.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Events and Event Managers to align client expectations with the companyโ€™s operational capacity.

  • Keep the CRM system up to date with relevant client data, negotiations, and project statuses.

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals set by management.

General Responsibilities:

  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and commercial activities that enhance brand positioning.

  • Deliver institutional and commercial presentations to interest groups.

  • Provide personalized attention to key or VIP accounts.

  • Prepare monthly commercial activity and sales projection reports.
