We are searching for a talented Assoc Clin Analyst Coord-EPIC

 

*Position will follow a hybrid schedule*

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Under the direction of the Epic Manager, or designee, carry out various duties in support of clinical systems and end users including but not limited to: performing analysis of workflow; assessment of system needs and requirements; planning, designing, and testing of systems and interfaces; coordinating work efforts with applicable MIS and organizational personnel; training end-users as required; documenting and troubleshooting work involved in systems implementation and maintenance; and acting as liaison to area end users. On-call rotation required.
  • Associates Degree or ancillary discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience required.
  •  Technical/programming experience preferred, but not required.
  •  PC-based computer skills, spreadsheet and word processing proficiency required.
  • Industry related certifications preferred, but not required.
  • Strong data management / manipulation skills required (MS Excel: Sorting, fortmatting, creating graphs and tables. MS Access - Creating queries to combine / separate specific data.). 
  • Must learn to support, maintain and potientially assist with training of systoc system. 
  • Maintain data security and system workflows. Working with the quality department, Infection prevention, and other opertional stakeholders - export and collate data from multiple systems and assist with reporting of influenza and covid vaccination stats to the CDC.
  • Other duties as required in relation to occupational and employee health systems.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired. 

  • Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
