As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead enterprise Epic managed services programs, fostering impactful decision making and nurturing executive-level client relations. What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree

- Certified in any Epic module in Clinical, Revenue Cycle or Technical

- Having experience leading enterprise Epic support programs across multiple modules
- Having experience managing large-scale managed services or application support engagements
- Having experience overseeing SLA-driven delivery models

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
