Epic Super User / AR Specialist (Part-Time)

We are seeking a part-time Epic Super User with strong Accounts Receivable (AR) experience. This role focuses on optimizing revenue cycle workflows and supporting staff within our Epic EMR system.

Details:

  • Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)

  • Schedule: Flexible scheduling available

  • Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

  • Location: Chicago, IL area

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for the Epic EMR system.

  • Manage and resolve accounts receivable tasks within the revenue cycle.

  • Troubleshoot system issues, streamline workflows, and assist team members with Epic navigation.

  • Ensure accurate billing, claim tracking, and financial data management.
