We are looking for an organized, hands-on Operations & Supply Chain Manager who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and making a measurable impact every day.

Position Summary
This position oversees purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, facilities, fleet maintenance, and cross-functional communication. Working closely with the Owner, Controller, Sales Team, and Marketing Team, you will help ensure operational excellence while supporting continued company growth.
This is a part-time leadership opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time management role.
Schedule and Compensation 
  • Hours Vary
  • Monday-Thursday
  • 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
  • 11:00 am - 7:30 pm (works from home as needed)
  • Starting pay $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
  • Performance-based advancement opportunities 
  • Hours qualify for company sponsored Health Insurance  

Primary Responsibilities
• Manage domestic and international purchasing and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate overseas containers, freight, and replenishment.
• Forecast inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Supervise warehouse operations, receiving, shipping, and warehouse personnel.
• Resolve customer and vendor issues professionally and promptly.
• Partner with the Controller on purchasing, inventory valuation, budgeting, and cash flow planning.
• Meet with the Sales Team to anticipate customer demand and inventory requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing on targeted product campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Coordinate maintenance of the building, warehouse equipment, and company vehicles.
• Develop and improve operational procedures, efficiency, and accountability.
Qualifications
• 3–7 years of operations, purchasing, inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and solving operational challenges.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and ERP/business software skills.
• Import or international purchasing experience is a plus.
