Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Vascular Surgery (Clinic Only)
Location: Springfield, MO
Start Date: July 7, 2025
Setting: Outpatient Only – No Telehealth

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Vascular Surgery team. This role is clinic-based only, with no surgical assistance or procedures required. The selected provider will be part of a collaborative and supportive team serving a broad patient population.

Key Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Call: No call required

  • Setting: Outpatient clinic only

  • Start Date: July 7, 2025 – Ongoing

  • Holidays Observed: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

  • EMR: Epic

  • Provider Title Options: NP / PA – General Surgery (Vascular-focused)

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and manage patients in the vascular surgery outpatient clinic

  • Collaborate with vascular surgeons and healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive care

  • No procedures or OR responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in Epic

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives as appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Active NP or PA license in Missouri or eligible for licensure

  • Previous experience in vascular, general surgery, or related specialties preferred

  • ACLS certification preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills

  • Comfortable working independently within the scope of the clinic

  • This position is not for Cardiac or Thoracic Surgery
