Job Overview

We are seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. We are are currently seeking driven, reliable, and detail-oriented technicians to join our growing service department. If you are an entry-level tech eager to learn, we have opportunities for you!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work with Service Advisors to understand the customerโ€™s concerns and complaints to properly complete repairs as requested
  • Inform Service Advisors in a concise, clear manner concerns or needs discovered when inspecting a customerโ€™s vehicle
  • Maintain a personal tool set with everything required to perform repairs
  • Perform all work in a manner that guarantees the customer will be satisfied and the vehicle is returned to the customer with all requested repairs performed in a complete manner to ensure that there is no need for the customer to return to Patrick Motor Group for same repairs
  • Complete all required paperwork relative to repairs performed in a detailed clear manner including proper multi-point inspections and notes
  • Conduct test drives as required when service is completed for quality assurance
  • Complete all training and certification as required by Shop and Patrick Motor Group in a timely manner
  • Show respect for customers, co-workers, and the company
    • Customerโ€™s cars are to be returned to them clean, seat settings as they were, radio stations are not to be changed, vehicle washed as requested, if personal belongings are moved replace as they were found. When a customerโ€™s car is completed park car in designated area and make sure that all protective items are removed from the car
    • Consideration of your co-workers, including Service Advisors, Parts Department, and other Technicians
  • Use shop equipment carefully and return to the appropriate location when done with the equipment, if there is damage discovered inform management immediately
  • Complete tasks and requests as required by management

Monday - Saturday 7:00am - 7:00pm
