The Opportunity
As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Marketing & Commercial Strategy Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer-centric marketing strategies. You will analyze customer behavior, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their marketing efforts, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn't clear.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
