Position Overview
We're looking for a Technology Sales Associate to join our growing Technology Sales team. This junior-level role is focused on supporting our Technology Sales Executives (TSEs) by generating pipeline, following up on inbound client requests, and booking qualified meetings. You will work across multiple lead sources including our abandon cart report, help ticket queue, and EDI case requests, ensuring our TSEs have a steady stream of client meetings and opportunities to close.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow into a full sales career in technology and SaaS solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Call and email prospects within assigned TSE territories to schedule meetings on their behalf.
- Leverage a strong leads report.
- Triage Help Ticket queue.
- Review case requests and route/assign to the correct TSE.
- Partner closely with TSEs to book qualified meetings that turn into pipeline.
- Track all outreach, meetings, and outcomes in CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly meeting-booked and activity targets.
Education and Experience
- 1-2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience preferred (internships and retail/CS experience welcome).
- Strong phone presence and ability to handle high call/email volume.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
- Coachable, organized, and hungry to grow into a technology sales career.
- Clear, professional communication skills (verbal and written).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and copiers.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and email.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds as needed (e.g., moving office supplies or small packages).
- Ability to bend, reach, or stoop as needed to access file cabinets, office equipment, or other resources.
- Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail for extended periods.
- Ability to work at a desk or workstation for extended periods of time, including using a computer or writing.
Fully Remote (U.S. Only): This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements.? The base pay range for this position is $54,000 - $71,000 /yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for our variable commission plan, annual bonus, and restricted stock until grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
