About the Role
Our client is a global technology leader that develops innovative software, hardware, and services for the architecture, engineering, construction, and owner/operator industries. Their solutions help organizations design, build, and manage infrastructure and construction projects more efficiently across the world.
We are seeking a Customer Experience Incentive Professional to support the client's global Customer Experience organization, including Customer Success and Professional Services teams. This role is responsible for the administration, tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement of customer experience incentive and commission programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with compensation-related processes, and the ability to manage large datasets while supporting key business stakeholders.
This position reports to the Customer Experience Performance & Compensation leadership team and plays a critical role in helping drive operational excellence, employee performance, and business growth.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support global customer experience incentive and commission programs.
  • Maintain incentive plans and perform commission calculations for Customer Success and Professional Services team members.
  • Manage incentive-related documentation, reporting processes, and compensation records with a high level of accuracy.
  • Analyze commission and performance data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Support process improvement initiatives related to compensation planning, administration, and reporting.
  • Partner with compensation, finance, operations, and business stakeholders to address incentive-related business challenges.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and compensation administration.
  • Utilize Salesforce and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics and commission outcomes.
  • Assist with audit, data validation, and quality assurance processes related to incentive programs.
  • Communicate compensation and incentive-related information clearly and professionally to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting processes.
  • Experience supporting commission, incentive compensation, sales operations, customer success operations, or related business functions.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive compensation data with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with incentive compensation management or commission administration programs.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and reporting platforms.
  • Experience supporting Customer Experience, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Revenue Operations teams.
  • Knowledge of compensation planning, performance management, or operational analytics.
  • Experience working in a global and cross-functional business environment.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and operational excellence practices.
