Requirements* An experienced Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) professional with 4-8 years in the field, skilled in designing, implementing, and optimizing compensation plans to drive sales performance and operational excellence. Holds Varicent ICM certification, demonstrating advanced knowledge of the platform’s functionalities, configuration, and analytics. Proficient in leveraging Varicent AI capability to enhance data analysis, automate workflows, and deliver actionable insights for compensation management.
Key
Responsibilities* · Design, develop, and configure Varicent ICM/BPM modules, reports, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements. · Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver scalable solutions. · Develop and maintain custom calculations, data models, and dashboards within the Varicent platform. · Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure reliability and accuracy of compensation calculations. · Provide technical support, documentation, and training for end-users and team members. · Monitor system performance, implement enhancements, and support system upgrades.
