Action Plumbing, Heating, AC and Electrical LLC is looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team of service professionals.

The CSR plays a vital role as the first point of contact for our customers and service technicians. This position ensures timely scheduling, effective communication, and top-notch customer service to maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming service calls and schedule appointments.
  • Assign the appropriate technician to each service call based on availability and job type.
  • Coordinate technician arrival times and communicate updates to customers.
  • Relay messages and work orders between customers, technicians, and supervisors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Update customer records and service history accurately in the system.
  • Monitor and adjust daily technician schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage order details.
  • Use map-reading skills and geographical knowledge to assist in dispatch logistics.
  • Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed.
