  • RESPONSIBILITIES

    This role is 100% on site Monday - Friday

    • Answer phones & book service calls
    • Work with other customer service representatives and dispatchers to achieve daily goals
    • Gather, input, and process all necessary information & data into Service Titan
    • Effectively utilize appropriate scripts
    • Properly complete paperwork in a timely manor
    • Digital dexterity to effectively utilize new & existing technologies
    • Monitor social media booking platforms
    • Contact customers that have requested after hours service
