  • Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communicator โ€” comfortable on the phone, in person, and in writing.
  • Someone who stays calm and sharp when the pace picks up.
  • Organized, accountable, and detail-oriented with record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with CRM, POS systems, or Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Assist customers through orders and purchases, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
  • Identify and capture upsell opportunities naturally during customer interactions.
  • Partner with the branch team to support a seamless customer experience.

Relationship Management

  • Build genuine relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business โ€” you're a trusted resource, not just a transaction processor.
  • Gather and share customer feedback with sales and product teams to help improve what we offer.

Records & Administration

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
