Customer Service

7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)

We Are Seeking A Detail-Oriented And Customer-Focused Customer Service Representative To Join Our Team In Mount Pleasant, Wi.

This role will initially focus heavily on invoicing, including handling a high volume of manual billing tasks, while also providing excellent support to customers. The ideal candidate is organized, computer literate, and comfortable working with multiple software systems.

Customer Service Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage customer invoices, including manual billing tasks
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all invoicing activities
  • Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, account information, and general inquiries
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Utilize company software systems including BatchMaster, QuickBooks, and SAT program
  • Assist with resolving billing discrepancies and customer concerns
  • Support other administrative or customer service tasks as needed
Requirements For Customer Service:

- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems

- Experience with invoicing or accounting support is a plus

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
