Job description

Customer Service Operator

Description:

The Customer Service Operator will manage incoming customer calls, call routing, and general inquiries.  Responsible for code response and overhead announcements.  Also responsible for other clerical, secretarial or receptionist duties as required.

Experience/Qualifications:

High school diploma required. 

PBX operator, call agent, or customer service experience preferred.

Advanced computer skills required.

Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. 

Ability to help customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
