Customer Service Operator

721 Tulsa Call Center - Tulsa, OK 74145

Description

Primarily responsible for assisting customers in making food selections and resolving complaints through proper compensation and documentation.

Qualifications

Principal Duties:

The following represents the majority of the duties performed by the position but are not meant to be all inclusive nor prevent other duties from being assigned when necessary. The duties identified below with an "*" have been determine to be essential functions of the position.

Experience:

At least six months to one year of general office or customer service experience is preferred.

Skills:

The position requires proficient typing (25 to 35 WPM) and computer skills to perform data entry and order input on a PC. Position also requires good communication skills to understand a variety of customers and correctly record orders.
