Job Title: Full-Time Dispatcher/Customer Service

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours a week)

Working Hours: Weekdays from 8 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM - 7 PM and Weekends 7 AM - 7PM (every other weekend)

Phillip's Towing Service Company is actively seeking an experienced dispatcher to join our dynamic team. As a member of our dispatching unit, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing towing and recovery operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage incoming calls and dispatch towing services promptly.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of service requests and dispatch activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
