CSR / Dispatcher

We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused CSR / Dispatcher to be the central hub of our daily operations. This role is responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating technicians to ensure efficient and timely service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling, questions, and service requests
  • Dispatch technicians based on availability, location, and job priority
