Job description

Maschmeyer Concrete is currently seeking an eager and dependable Customer ServiceRepresentative (Dispatch) to join our team in Florida!

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming customers' calls, scheduling deliveries of concrete to satisfy customers' needs, process customers' payments, and maintain adequate communication with Delivery Professionals.

Prior experience in the concrete and/or construction industry is preferred, but not required.

Dispatch / Customer Service Required Skills and Abilities:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Knowledge of ready-mix concrete and concrete block; preferred

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Intermediate computer skills; including Microsoft Office

  • Willingness to learn

  • Availability: Monday - Saturday

  • Bilingual (Spanish); preferred

Dispatch / Customer Service Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in placing orders

  • Efficiently respond to customers' calls and emails

  • Suggest products to meet customers' needs

  • Process customers' payments

  • Communicate and resolve, in a satisfactory and timely manner, any customer concerns or issues as they occur,

  • Liaise between Sales, Plant Managers, and Customers to ensure customer satisfaction
