Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

Intermodal Dispatcher/Customer Service - Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily intermodal schedule for Big Blue Boxes in our new Dallas facility
  • Data entry
  • Track and tracking all orders
  • Schedule appointments for imports/exports
  • Driver paperwork
  • Customer communication
  • Problem solving before the issues result in service failures
  • Timely clerical responsibilities to ensure completeness of job
  • Chassis pickup and drop locations
  • Other job duties as assigned

Intermodal Dispatcher/Customer Service - Education and Experience Required:
  • 2 year degree, Bachelors preferred
  • Transportation/Management experience or will train the right candidate
