American Limousines Inc. is looking for an Experienced Dispatch Associate.

* This is a full time, in office position. No part time and/or remote options available.*
Daily tasks include
  • Identifying drivers based on skill set, licensure, and availability.
  • Scheduling drivers for a variety of job assignments.
  • Maintaining consistent, quality customer contact.
  • Monitoring driver routes and start times.
  • Monitoring traffic and flight patterns.

Qualifications:
  • Previous Dispatch or Phone Customer Service Experience.
  • This is a job for a driven customer service professional who can handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a working knowledge of the Baltimore metro area.
