Here at Negoshian's Towing & Service we are looking for Experienced Dispatchers for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts. We are looking for someone who has knowledge & experience with heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, & vehicles. We work with Towbooks so knowledge of that software is a huge plus! Competitive pay based on experience.
 
Shifts:
1st shift : 7a-3p
2nd shift: 3p-11p
3rd shift: 11p-7a
All shifts can be Flexible
Responsibilities:
  • Handles all calls for towing and hauling services for vehicles, equipment and other items in a professional and timely manner. Calls include, accidents, moving various equipment, flat tires, trespass tows, etc. 
  • Dispatch drivers to their destinations efficiently
  • Prioritize calls dispatched to the drivers
  • Knowledge of function and capacity of all equipment dispatched
  • Ability to adapt to change, work under stressful conditions, and a fast paced environment
  • Provide appropriate estimated and time of arrivals
  • Maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the general public
  • Answering multiple phones lines
  • Ability to defuse a stressful situation
