zTrip is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Transportation Dispatcher to support daily operations and ensure efficient, on-time service across our transportation network. In this role, you will coordinate driver activity, monitor active trips, and serve as a key communication link between drivers, customers, and operations teams.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly under pressure, and enjoys keeping complex operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do as a Transportation Dispatcher:

As a Transportation Dispatcher, you will:

  • Assign drivers based on trip demand, schedules, and availability
  • Monitor active trips and respond quickly to delays, route changes, or service issues
  • Communicate schedule updates, dispatch instructions, and operational information to drivers
  • Assist customers with questions and service concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate dispatch logs, trip records, and operational documentation
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to improve efficiency and service quality
What We’re Looking for as a Transportation Dispatcher:
  • Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, customer service, or fleet operations preferred
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with dispatch systems or scheduling software is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required
