Now Hiring: Experienced Dispatcher - Join Our Fast-Paced, Customer-Focused Team!
Are you a skilled communicator and natural multitasker with a knack for staying organized under pressure? We're seeking a dynamic, experienced Dispatcher to coordinate and manage daily schedules for technicians, customers, and trade managers across multiple departments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being at the center of a high-energy team, this is the opportunity for you!
Location: Inwood Office
What You'll Do:
  • Efficiently assign and route maintenance and repair calls based on technician location, availability, and skillset.
  • Manage and update schedules in real-time while maintaining ongoing communication with technicians, customers, and management.
  • Review daily calls to ensure accuracy in skill level, parts, special instructions, and payment methods.
  • Optimize technician routes to reduce travel time, cut costs, and prevent call backs.
  • Serve as a key point of contact-explaining services, answering scheduling questions, and helping customers understand home warranty policies.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups by the appropriate team members.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the correct personnel with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Be prepared to work extended hours as needed and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned to support team success.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of dispatching and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience with home services or ServiceTitan is a big plus!
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • A proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across departments.
  • Solid understanding of contracts, warranties, and internal policies.
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
