Job description

Creating Logistics Services LLC is hiring an experienced CDL Hotshot Flatbed Driver based out of Houston, Texas.

We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused driver who has experience hauling flatbed freight and understands proper load securement. This is an OTR position for a driver who is comfortable staying on the road for extended periods.

Position Details

  • OTR – nationwide freight
  • Must be willing to stay out 3-4 weeks at a time
  • Weekly pay
  • Driver compensation: 25% of gross after fuel
  • Company equipment provided
  • 24-hour dispatch support

Requirements

  • Valid CDL
  • Minimum 1 years of flatbed experience preferred
  • Hotshot experience strongly preferred
  • Clean and acceptable MVR
  • Must pass required drug screening
  • Must meet FMCSA/DOT and Clearinghouse requirements
  • Must have experience with proper load securement, including chains, binders, straps, and tarps
  • Must be able to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Must properly maintain ELD/logbook compliance
  • Must be dependable and communicate effectively with dispatch
  • Must be willing to stay out 3-4 weeks at a time
  • Must be able to safely operate a truck and gooseneck flatbed trailer

What We’re Looking For

We need a professional driver, not just someone with a CDL. You should understand flatbed freight, load securement, trip planning, DOT compliance, and the responsibility that comes with operating company equipment.

Drivers are expected to take care of the truck and trailer, communicate with dispatch, deliver freight safely and on time, and represent Creating Logistics Services professionally with customers and brokers.

Compensation

25% of gross revenue after fuel expenses – paid weekly.

Your earnings will depend on the freight hauled, miles driven, and weekly gross revenue.

Schedule

This is an OTR position, not a local driving job. Applicants should be prepared to remain on the road for approximately 3-4 weeks at a time before returning home.
