Job description

We are seeking CDL and Non-CDL Hotshot owner operators to join our freight hauling team, specializing in flatbed freight. Operating regionally and nationally, owner operators will work with company dispatch to manage their schedules and benefit from fuel discounts, load matching services, and administrative support. This role requires strong safety compliance, vehicle maintenance skills, and excellent customer service to ensure efficient and timely freight delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Haul flatbed freight regionally and nationally according to dispatched schedules
  • Maintain vehicle condition through regular inspections and maintenance
  • Plan routes in coordination with dispatch for efficient travel
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
  • Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
  • Manage load securing and weight compliance
  • Effectively manage time to meet delivery deadlines
  • Keep accurate records of trips, maintenance, and compliance
