This is a full time, in office position, remote work will not be considered.Responsibilities:Data entry order processingAbility to work with high volume of emailsVerbal and written communication with customers regarding orders, inquiries, requests and concernsKnowledge of inventory controlInteract with multiple departments and all levels of managementWarehouse personnel regarding order substitutions and revisionsSales force regarding orders, pricing, return authorizations, inventory, customer complaints, etc.Interact with Polar co-pack facilities regarding orders, return authorizations, inventory, etc.Interact with outside carriers to confirm availability of loads for customer pickupManage customers database for advanced shipping notices and routing requestsAbility to multitask and work in a fast paced environment Minimum Requirements:Prior Inventory or truck scheduling experience is helpful Good phone skillsData Entry skillsGood math skillsComputer knowledge, Microsoft OfficeAttention to detail and ability to prioritize
