A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Administrative Assistant, you are the detail person! We cannot provide our clients with the very best in HVAC services without you being attentive to details and keeping our office running smoothly. And, your friendly customer service makes our clients happy to do business with us. You are a people person who is also good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized.

You perform a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling with customers, dispatching technicians, entering work orders in our database, preparing billing, and handling collections. But, really, it's not what you do, but how you do it. You are proactive--seeing what needs to be done and doing it. Under your watch, the office is clean and organized. You enjoy your job, as you stay busy and enjoy keeping everything in order!

The main service area is in Jacksonville, but we also cover jobs in St. Augustine and Fernandina Beach.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
