- Position: Customer Service Representative - Administrative
- Location: Spencer
- Duration: 1+ Month Contract
- Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $22/hour on W2
- Employment Type: Contract
- Answer inbound customer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Process customer orders and generate invoices
- Assist with financial account management and order tracking
- Research and resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Maintain accurate customer records and data entry
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Follow up on customer requests in a timely manner
- Support administrative and clerical functions as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
