Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative
 Location: Paducah, KY
 Pay: Starting at $15 per hour
 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 Position Type: Temp-to-Perm for the right candidate
We have full time and part time positions available! 
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team for a client in the Paducah area. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, handle payments, make collection calls, and foster positive customer relationships. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and are experienced with Microsoft Office, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Take payments and handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Collections: Make collection calls and work with customers to resolve account issues.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as documenting customer interactions and updating accounts.
Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required.
