**Machine Operator (Bilingual English/Spanish)**

**Job Summary:**
As a Machine Operator at 5th HQ, you will be part of a dedicated team that is committed to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds, including immigrants and those seeking employment opportunities. We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Machine Operator who can proficiently operate and maintain machinery in a fast-paced industrial setting. As a bilingual English/Spanish speaker, you will play a critical role in our organization's mission to bridge the gap between organizations and exceptional talent.
**Responsibilities:**
* Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations
* Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal production levels and quality of products
* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely and cost-effective manner
* Collaborate with production team members to achieve daily production goals and targets
* Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance, production levels, and quality control metrics
* Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste
**Requirements:**
* **Bilingual English/Spanish language skills** (written and verbal)
* Prior experience as a Machine Operator or in a related field
* Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting, with a focus on safety and quality
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods
* **Will train the right candidate**
