**Machine Operator (Bilingual English/Spanish)****Pompano Beach, Florida, United States****Job Summary:**As a Machine Operator at 5th HQ, you will be part of a dedicated team that is committed to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds, including immigrants and those seeking employment opportunities. We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Machine Operator who can proficiently operate and maintain machinery in a fast-paced industrial setting. As a bilingual English/Spanish speaker, you will play a critical role in our organization's mission to bridge the gap between organizations and exceptional talent.**Responsibilities:*** Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations* Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal production levels and quality of products* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely and cost-effective manner* Collaborate with production team members to achieve daily production goals and targets* Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance, production levels, and quality control metrics* Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste**Requirements:*** **Bilingual English/Spanish language skills** (written and verbal)* Prior experience as a Machine Operator or in a related field* Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting, with a focus on safety and quality* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills* Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods* **Will train the right candidate****About 5th HQ:**At 5th HQ, we are dedicated to helping manufacturing companies in logistics, warehouse, and production sectors discover and retain top-tier professionals, enabling them to achieve their objectives and thrive in their respective industries.
