Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join a leading production company located in Pompano Beach, FL. as Machine Operators. This role is key to creating high-quality embroidered products and requires excellent attention to detail, steady hands, and a strong work ethic.

Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor embroidery machines to produce precise, high-quality designs.
- Inspect products regularly to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Follow established production guidelines for thread colors, design placement, and settings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and meet daily goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or embroidery operations preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods during the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Availability Requirement:
During the peak production period (November and December), no time off is permitted. Consistent attendance is required during these months.
