A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CSR / DISPATCHER

As a CSR / Dispatcher, you interact with customers, schedule leads, assist with dispatching our service technicians, and support management with various administrative tasks. You answer phone calls, assess customer support needs, and schedule leads based on those needs. Using your knowledge of company services and service offerings, you make sure that you provide the appropriate solutions to our clients. You schedule and coordinate service calls, perform administrative support, and assist in client retention as needed.
