Here are Your Responsibilities as a CSR/Dispatcher at Mr. Electric

As a CSR/Dispatcher, you are a key member of our team. You'll be the first point of contact that customers have with us, and shape the customer's perception of Mr. Electric from the beginning.

Here are the primary responsibilities for this position:

You will answer customer calls and schedule jobs according to the customer's needs.

You will assign and direct electricians to appropriate customer locations, monitor their route and status to coordinate and prioritize their schedules, and handle dispatching tasks efficiently.

You will be responsible for real-time monitoring of service calls, adjusting schedules as needed to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will follow up with customers to determine if they wish to proceed with any unsold work and address all their needs and concerns.
