We are looking for a detail oriented multi-tasking specialist for our inside sales/customer service team. Our Inside Sales/Customer Service Representatives answer calls and emails to process customer orders and estimates.

Pay range: $19.00/hr to $21.00/hr DOE
Hours: M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm
Description
We are looking for a detail oriented multi-tasking specialist for our customer service team. Our Customer Service Representatives answer calls and emails to process customer orders and estimates.
Requirements
• Process customer orders, quotes, and/or change notices for the manufacturing of glass Shower and Bath enclosures in an accurate and timely manner.
• Meet the needs of internal and external customers with efficiency and courtesy.
• Partner with operations and sales in the tracking of orders placed and any special product or order requests.
• Answer and direct customer phone calls and/or emails to all appropriate Hartung contacts.
• Perform general office duties.
Experience
• 2+ years' experience in an office related customer service role
• Glass industry, construction industry, banking industry, experience preferred - not required
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Detail oriented and have a high degree of self-motivation
• Proficient in basic math skills, computer skills, and familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Team player and dedicated to team success
