Title: Customer Service Representative III
Location: Sarasota, FL, 34243 (Hybrid 3 Days Office 2 Days remote)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extensions)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative III / Utility Services Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support within a fast-paced utility services environment. This role focuses on data entry, billing, scheduling, and documentation management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily service operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a team-driven, deadline-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the utility services team
  • Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation tracking
  • Assist with general office coordination and operational tasks

Billing & Invoicing

  • Create and process customer invoices with high accuracy
  • Review billing data and ensure compliance with internal standards
  • Perform basic calculations and data validation related to billing

Data Entry & Documentation

  • Enter and maintain load schedules in internal systems and calendars
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Perform high-volume data entry and record updates

Logistics & System Support

  • Create and process Bills of Lading (BOLs)
  • Enter requisitions into SAP and other internal systems
  • Support scheduling, tracking, and coordination of service operations

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong data entry and administrative experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office or similar tools)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Background in billing, invoicing, or logistics coordination
  • Experience in utility services, transportation, or operations support
