YOUR WORK DAY

Every day will bring something different for our Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, but you can expect to:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and speak with customers respectfully/professionally
  • Schedule service appointments, answer questions, and resolve any concerns or complaints
  • Enter customer information and complete accurate data entry
  • Efficiently dispatch plumbing technicians to upcoming jobs and stay in contact with them throughout the day

SCHEDULE

You'll be in our office from 7:15 am to 5:15 pm, Wednesday through Saturday.
