We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) with customer service / office setting experience. This role bridges customer support and brand engagement, ensuring every interaction strengthens customer relationships and supports our marketing objectives to ensure the customer is receiving the our 5 Star Experience each time.
The ideal candidate understands the importance of the customer experience principles and is able to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high satisfaction and brand standards
  • Support marketing initiatives by communicating promotions, campaigns, and product updates to customers
  • Gather and document customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product improvements
  • Assist in executing email campaigns, surveys, and customer engagement initiatives
