Bilingual Customer Service / Dispatch Coordinator
Automation Personnel seeking a highly organized, dependable, and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service / Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse and transportation operations by coordinating with drivers, customers, clients, and internal teams to ensure efficient service and communication.
Pay Rate
$15.00-$16.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (or until all deliveries and tasks are complete), with a one-hour lunch.
Bilingual Customer Service / Dispatch Coordinator Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities and maintain communication with drivers throughout their routes.
- Monitor driver progress and provide accurate mid-day and end-of-day reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Notify customers, stores, and clients of delivery updates or delays via phone and email.
- Collect, organize, scan, and file driver paperwork daily.
- Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist drivers with equipment-related issues and coordinate with technical support teams to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Create and manage service tickets, returns, and pickup requests as needed.
- Generate driver performance and operational reports.
- Communicate effectively with management, drivers, customers, and technical support teams.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records and support daily warehouse and office operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
