About the Role:

Circle E Facility & Home Services Inc is looking for an energetic and organized Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing team in Arlington, TX! In this dynamic role, you'll be the vital link between our customers and field technicians, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences every day.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and a solutions-focused attitude

Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch field technicians for service calls and work orders

Manage and update dispatch schedules to maximize technician efficiency and minimize response times

Track job status and communicate updates to customers and team members in real time

Process work orders, service agreements, and customer account information accurately

Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure satisfaction
