Job Summary

DIHO Consulting USA is seeking an organized and dependable CMT Dispatcher** to support the daily scheduling and coordination of field technicians for a growing engineering and construction materials testing operation in Corpus Christi, TX.

This position plays an important role in keeping field operations running smoothly by coordinating technician assignments, communicating daily schedules, maintaining required documentation, and working closely with project managers, clients, and field personnel.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple scheduling priorities at the same time.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate and schedule Construction Materials Testing (CMT) field technicians for daily project assignments.

* Assign technicians based on project needs, availability, experience, and required certifications.

* Communicate daily and next-day assignments to field personnel.

* Coordinate with Project Managers regarding staffing needs, schedule changes, and project priorities.

* Maintain regular communication with technicians regarding job locations, reporting times, and assignment details.

* Prepare and organize necessary paperwork and documentation for upcoming field assignments.

* Track technician certifications, safety training, drug screenings, and client or facility-specific requirements.

* Assist with scheduling required training, testing, certifications, and site approvals.

* Ensure completed field reports and required documentation are submitted in a timely manner.

* Maintain accurate scheduling and personnel records.

* Assist Project Managers and administrative staff with project setup, reporting, documentation, and other operational needs.

* Respond quickly to last-minute schedule changes, call-outs, client requests, and staffing adjustments.

* Provide professional communication and customer service to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* Previous dispatching, scheduling, staffing coordination, field service coordination, or construction industry experience strongly preferred.

* Approximately **2+ years of dispatcher or scheduling experience preferred**.

* Candidates with significant construction, engineering, testing, or technical field experience may also be considered.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
