(Full time/ On Location in Dallas, Texas/ Base Salary + Bonus)


JobTread is searching for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team to work onsite at our headquarters in Dallas, TX. This position is responsible for assisting with the implementation of new customer accounts, responding to support requests, and helping in other ways to ensure we are delivering the highest levels of customer service.


Strong Customer Support Specialists demonstrate high technical aptitude, are great at working with Excel, show strong attention to detail, are friendly and approachable, and demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs. We don't do the sit at home and work by yourself thing. Our team enjoys collaborating and being around other driven and motivated people. Responsibilities:

  • Reformat customer data and process imports into the JobTread platform
  • Respond and resolve customer support requests and answer general system questions
  • Assist with Zapier integrations to connect JobTread with other technologies
  • Provide inbound phone and email support as needed
  • Conduct product trainings via Zoom when Customer Success reps are unavailable
  • Become a JobTread product expert and quickly learn ongoing product updates
  • Contribute on-going feedback to improve customer implementation workflows
  • Work closely with the Development Team to identify and communicate product issues and development requests

  • Expert using Excel and can work through data formatting very quickly
  • Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and a clear communicator
  • Ambitious, resourceful, adaptable, entrepreneurial spirit, and creative problem solver
  • Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a passion for achieving results
  • You see problems coming and get in front of them; you follow up and gets things done
  • Organized, thorough, efficient, and complete tasks appropriately in a timely manner
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Great with first impressions and can engage a range of customers from individual business owners to C-level executives and everything in between
  • Can be flexible with after-hours work on occasion for specific customer needs
  • Prior work experience or knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
  • Experience with productivity tools like Salesforce, Slack, etc also a plus
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred
