This role is essential to the success of our daily operations by providing excellent customer service, managing technician schedules, coordinating service calls, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and field technicians.

What You'll Do
  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Schedule plumbing service appointments and maintain technician calendars.
  • Dispatch technicians efficiently based on availability, location, and urgency of calls.
  • Communicate job details clearly to technicians and customers.
  • Follow up with customers regarding appointments, estimates, and completed work.
