These professionals are responsible for communicating with customers, taking service requests, and coordinating the dispatch of technicians, drivers, or service personnel to various locations. Their duties often include scheduling, tracking service calls, providing updates to customers, and ensuring efficient operations. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a CSR Dispatch?
