Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

Location: In-Office (Hybrid option available after training)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Overview
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where organization and communication are key? We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you’ll coordinate maintenance service requests from start to finish — acting as the vital link between customers and technicians.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and dispatch service technicians based on customer needs and availability

  • Communicate regularly with facility managers, site leads, and technicians via phone, email, and online platforms

  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding scheduling and service status

  • Track and update service orders with clear notes and accurate completion details

  • Release approved estimates and confirm service timelines with vendors

  • Prioritize and expedite urgent or emergency requests

  • Monitor technician pricing and ensure job costing accuracy

  • Research service information and process orders efficiently


What We’re Looking For
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and general computer applications
