Job description

Customer Service Representative & Dispatch - Day Shift

Be part of a fast-moving team that keeps restaurants stocked with fresh produce. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers, process orders and returns, and handle simple office tasks. This role is perfect for someone upbeat, detail-focused, and ready to jump into different shifts as needed!

What You Will Be Doing

  • Handle customer inquiries and orders through phone, email, and text with fast, friendly service.
  • Resolve issues, follow up on special requests, and communicate concerns to the right teams.
  • Build strong customer relationships through clear, engaging communication.
  • Enter orders and catch weights accurately, update invoices, and provide correct documentation.
  • Prepare and stamp invoices before drivers depart.
  • Promote new products and current specials to boost sales.
  • Send daily reminder texts to customers who haven't ordered.
  • Maintain customer accounts by updating notes, delivery windows, order guides, and contact info.
  • Check in on drivers, verify paperwork and payments, and ensure returns are properly documented.
  • Assist with daily driver dispatching duties.
  • Work closely with all departments to keep operations smooth and customer-focused.

About You

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 5:00 am - 1:30 pm
