Customer Service Representative and/or Dispatcher - Career Opportunity
Mr. Rooter Plumbing
Are you looking for a new career with paid training, steady work, and room to grow? Mr. Rooter Plumbing is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our office team as Customer Service Representative and/or Dispatcher.
Plumbing is an essential service that is needed in every economy, and our Customer Service Representatives and Dispatchers play a key role in helping homeowners when they need us most. This position is more than just answering phones. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping schedule service appointments, answer questions, and coordinate solutions with our managers and service professionals.
No prior customer service experience, dispatching or college degree is required, although all are a plus. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and the tools you need to succeed.

  • Coordinating daily schedules with managers and service professionals
  • Ensuring the right technician, tools, and information are sent to each job
