- 6+ years of experience in a role requiring deep product knowledge (e.g., Technical Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Manager, Support Engineer, Product Support, Salesforce Administrator) with a demonstrated track record of teaching, training, or enabling others.
- 6+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead content development projects, managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- A passion for technology and a talent for explaining complex concepts in a clear, accessible manner.

- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance work processes and content development workflows.

- Experience with AI-assisted content development tools and workflows (e.g., using generative AI for content drafting, research, or localization).
- Experience creating and leading educational content (e.g., writing knowledge base articles, recording short tutorials, leading training sessions, presenting at user groups or conferences).
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Background in technical writing or software documentation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
