Job description

Job Description: ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Office Manager Floater/Corporate Trainer for our Texas offices. Corporate Trainer / Practice Site Administrator Floater is responsible for onboarding and training new hires, existing staff, and employees from acquired locations, as well as developing training materials and conducting PSA audits. Supports mergers and acquisitions, implements new technology, and assists with day-to-day operations as needed. Frequent travel to company locations is required. *This position qualifies for commuter benefits, more details below*

Essential responsibilities
  • Responsible for training all New Hires (network log in, Next Gen, Next Gen, Next Gen, HIPAA and Customer Service.)
  • Required to review and create training manuals when applicable.
  • Must follow up on ALL new hires with the PSA’s, and ask them to sign off on the new hire check list.
  • If necessary, additional training may be required for the new applicant (one on one training) if the PSA believes the employee needs extra sessions.
  • Responsible for one on one onsite training of existing employees when necessary.
  • The Regionals, or the HR dept. can reach out to the corporate trainer to arrange.
  • Required to train employees that are acquired through mergers/acquisitions.
  • Onsite training at new office location.
  • Responsible for working alongside the Regional in setting up the training schedule for the acquired employees.
  • Required to train new Practice Site Administrators on policy and procedures, day to day responsibilities of the PSA.
  • Responsible for performing PSA Audits, and reporting the information to the appropriate Regional and/or Director of Operations.
  • Will work along with the Regionals to create a training plan if needed.
  • Responsible for implementing new software/new technology.
  • Must review time lines, and create implementation schedules when applicable.
  • Must work alongside several departments when appropriate (IT, EMR, Operations, Compliance, etc.)
  • When necessary, “pitch hitting” for PSA’s when they are on vacation, FMLA, etc.
  • If we have a vacancy, and need help running the location, the Corporate Trainer will step in, and run the day to day operations.
  • The Regionals can ask the corporate trainer to assist from afar certain locations charges, tasks, etc.
  • Assist Regional managers during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Travel to all locations.
