Job Summary:

Alluvionic is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the United States Marshals Service (USMS), Training Division (TD). The Training Coordinator handles a variety of very important administrative tasks for the National Training Academy (NTA) instructors, supporting training operations through organizing materials, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
Must be a US Citizen
Clearance Required: Yes - Obtain a Public Trust
*This is an onsite position.*
Responsibilities:
  • Create classes in USMS Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Manage and maintain name tents, documentation and administrative paperwork, associated with classes
  • Oversee and manage information packets
  • Update and maintain class folders and electronic records for accreditation
  • Review and analyze documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Create travel memos

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • One (1) year of experience with the above tasks
  • Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationship
