Mayvin is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the United States Marshals Service (USMS), Training Division (TD). The Training Coordinator handles a variety of very important administrative tasks for the National Training Academy (NTA) instructors, supporting training operations through organizing materials, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to undergo and pass a Tier 2 Public Trust Background Investigation. Responsibilities: * Create classes in USMS Learning Management System (LMS) * Manage and maintain name tents, documentation and administrative paperwork, associated with classes * Oversee and manage information packets * Update and maintain class folders and electronic records for accreditation * Review and analyze documents for completeness and accuracy * Create travel memos
