  • Identify and pursue BAS and DDC project opportunities

  • Participate in project turnover and kickoff meetings
  • Manage opportunities from bid stage through award
  • Grow and maintain a healthy pipeline of project opportunities

What You Bring

  • Experience in BAS, DDC Controls, HVAC Controls, Mechanical Contracting, or a related construction industry
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents

  • Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders

Ideal Backgrounds

  • Siemens Building Technologies
  • Honeywell Building Solutions
  • Schneider Electric
  • Automated Logic
  • Distech Controls

  • Small team operating in a large and growing market
  • Significant autonomy and direct access to leadership
  • Technical and operational support behind every project
  • Flexible, results-oriented environment
  • Long-term growth potential
  • Opportunity to work on complex and highly visible projects

What's Offered

  • Base salary of $90,000 – $150,000 based on experience
  • Performance-based incentive plan
  • Company laptop and cell phone
  • Gas card
  • $500/month vehicle allowance
  • 401(k) with employer contribution
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
