  • BAS Account Executive (Outside Sales)
LOCATION:
  • Portland, OR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prior experience as a Controls Sales Engineer/Outside Sales role.
  • Procuring new clients and attracting new business
  • Experience working closely with project vendors and bidding on projects
  • Engage with contractors, engineers, and end users for Project based development
  • Gather and validate project specifications, and responsibilities to ensure all the customer requirements are met
  • Responsible for estimation, costs, and any equipment requirements
  • Expand sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Develop and execute strategies for building automation services and controls products
  • Collect, Assemble, and organize data for reports, presentations, or special projects
  • Visit current customers and prospect new clients
