Sr. BAS Sales Engineer – Portland, OR – $100,000–$135,000 Base + CommissionAbout the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Automation Sales Engineer to join a top mechanical contractor serving the Portland, OR market. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels in solution-driven selling and understands the technical nuances of BAS systems used in high-performance commercial environments.

In this role, you’ll help expand market share through consultative, value-focused sales initiatives, utilizing proven methodologies.

  • Title: Sr. BAS Sales Engineer
  • Location: Portland, OR
  • Territory: Portland, Eugene, Bend, and Southwest Washington
  • Work Type: On-Site (non-remote role)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow new business while managing and expanding key customer accounts in the Building Automation industry
  • Leveragestrategies to identify challenges and present high-value solutions
  • Develop customized proposals and solutions aligned with project requirements
  • Communicate technical concepts related to BACnet, Ethernet networking, and DDC controls
