A well-established Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a highly motivatedBAS Controls Sales professional in Dallas, TX.This role centers on generating new business, developing customer-driven BAS solutions, and supporting mission-critical and commercial projects.The position provides exceptional earning potential, strong benefits, and long-term advancement within a respected organization.

  • Compensation: $125K–$375K OTE (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and develop building automation opportunities with both new and existing clients.
  • Perform site assessments, building performance evaluations, and client needs analysis.
  • Create scope-of-work solutions aligned with ROI goals, performance requirements, and system upgrades.
  • Present sales strategies, proposals, and technical benefits to executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospect outreach through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate project scoping and delivery.
  • Build and retain long-term customer relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
